The Pandemic has been hard on morale… no doubt. We’ve seen it take its toll on all of us, our employees, our families, and our customers.
So, our focus in 2021 has been on our employees, and on helping and supporting them so they can show up every day and be excellent.
Wallworks is committed to building trust with all our construction partners. We work hard to understand and anticipate the needs of our customers – that includes a lot of players: the General Contractor or Construction Manager, the building owner or developer, along with the needs of the architect and engineer, and the needs of our own subcontractors and our employees. This understanding and commitment is at the heart of our Partnering Spirit and why our customers trust us as a Construction Partner.
An essential ingredient of this Partnering Spirit is the morale on a project…beginning with the morale of the people who make up the Wallworks’ project team.
After decades of working on complex construction projects, we recognized that when there is a common purpose to build a high-quality project, and when we work together with mutual respect, morale is high…and when morale is high it inspires teamwork, and it spurs excellence.
Making Customer Relationships an Everyday Conversation
…we discuss how to earn the respect of our customers and how to conduct ourselves. At Wallworks the ‘right way’ to earn respect is to treat every vendor, every designer, and every customer as a Teammate…to act like we are all on the same team.

Our Promise
As the largest trade on many of the construction projects on which we work, our performance impacts the success of the Project. This understanding is the foundation of how we do business and why our customers depend on us.
If there is one thing that the Pandemic reinforced…it is that companies don’t build buildings, people do.
To be able to deliver on this promise, it requires that we can deliver a motivated team of craftsmen, managers, and estimators… every day, on every project.
These practices underscore the principles of a Partnering Spirit and reinforce Wallworks’ commitment to our customers and our employees to bring superior craftsmanship and a high level of mutual-respect and teamwork to every project and every customer.
Celebrating the many acts of Partnering Spirit!
Throughout the pandemic we racked-up a lot of reasons to celebrate…we stayed healthy, we retained and found new customers, and we grew stronger as a Team.
Today, we have the most motivated and committed team in the carpentry business – a team that consistently gets the job done right. We reinforced our appreciation for their efforts on projects with weekly monetary bonuses for over 6 months during the pandemic.
When it was safe to do so, we got together to celebrate success. To congratulate the hard work, celebrate work anniversaries, and to show appreciation for the talent, hard work and excellence that our team brings to the job every day.
Today, we have the most motivated and committed team in the carpentry business…a team that consistently gets the job done right.
